The Event is called Joyfest It’s. free to Enter event with activities to try that are based on your five ways to well-being but mostly will help you find some joy in your day
There will be live music from local artists and performers as well as activities to try such as drumming /sound bath /laughter Yoga /wrestling /judo . There will be a nutricous soup available free of charge and cake too prepared by another great CIC Trust in the Community
We are collecting for the food Bank and would love to see you there
