Terms and Conditions – Birthday Party Prize

1. Prize Details

   • The prize includes exclusive hire of Screen 3 (36-seater) at our venue.
   • The screening must take place on a Saturday or Sunday morning before 12:00 PM.
   • The prize covers screen hire only, up to the value of £200.00.

   • The winner may choose from any film available on our system. Film options can be discussed at the time of booking.

2. Exclusions and Additional Charges

   • Food and drinks are not included in the prize.
   • If the winner requests a film that is not available on our system, additional charges may apply.

3. Validity and Expiry

   • The prize must be redeemed by 31st December 2025.
   • The screening date and film choice must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability.

4. General Terms

   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
   • The venue reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
   • Standard venue policies regarding conduct, health, and safety apply during the screening.

Terms and Conditions – AAA Membership Prize

1. Prize Details

   • Winners will receive one year of free AAA membership at The Backlot.
   • The membership is non-transferable, except under the conditions outlined below.

2. Transferability

   • If the winner is already an AAA member, they may gift the free membership to another existing member at The Backlot.
   • If the winner has already paid for their annual AAA membership, they are eligible for a refund based on their remaining paid period.

3. Refund Policy for Existing AAA Members

   • A refund will be issued up to the date of transfer, calculated at a rate of £16.99 per month.
   • The new gifted member’s one-year membership will commence from the date of transfer.

4. General Terms

   • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
   • The Backlot reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
   • All standard AAA membership terms and conditions apply.
