General Terms & Conditions for Coastal Radio’s Competitions

Entrants must complete the form on the win page to enter each competition. Multiple entries are allowed. Coastal Radio Limited is not responsible for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries.

Employees, freelancers, and volunteers of Coastal Radio Limited or promotional partners cannot enter. The decision of Coastal Radio Limited is final. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected at random. The name of the winner will be available upon request.

Prizes will be arranged by Coastal Radio Limited or its promotional partners. Entrants must be 16 years or older, with under-16s requiring parental/guardian consent. Coastal Radio Limited reserves the right to verify entrants' eligibility, age, and identity.

The promoter and partners are not liable for any issues related to prizes. Personal information will only be used internally for the competition and shared with advertising partners as required.
