Paula Davies
Paula began her radio career in the early 2000s as a sales assistant at Radio Wave. Over the three decades at the station, she went on to lead Radio Wave until its closure in 2020.
Fast forward 3 years and Paula decided to set up her own radio station on the newly established DAB multiplex for Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde. Coastal Radio launched on the 26th September 2022, helping Paula achieve her dream of owning her own radio station.

Who is your career inspiration?
The late Helen O'neil, she was my former PR and Marketing Director at the Pleasure Beach. I wanted to be Helen when I was younger. Also Jo Bucci, she was the managing director of ex News UK Radio.
Favourite Coastal Highlight so far?
Lytham Festival.
What Movie best describes you?
Girls Just Wanna Have Fun
It's 5pm on a Friday Afternoon, what are you doing?
Going to the pub with the team.
If you could swap lives with anyone in the office, who would it be and why?
Luke, because he still lives at home, his mum does his washing and feeds him.
If you could work anywhere else in Blackpool for a day, where would you work and why?
Cafe Meow because I wanna snuggle the cats all day.
